She took the time to speak with me in person and related to my situation after realizing we had both recently experienced car accidents. That personal connection meant more than she may realize. Once she truly listened and understood, I felt confident and reassured that my thoughts and trust in this practice were well placed. I used to enjoy going to this location as it was convenient having everything in 1 location and there was always appointments available if something was needed. I also like the practitioner so I never considered leaving. Now you’re lucky if you can even get an appointment scheduled. I called in a to schedule an appt for an issue I was having and they had no availability. Now, I tried to schedule my wellness visit and they literally have nothing until 3/31/26. I’m not sure what happened at this location but it is no longer as available as it needs to be for their patients. A big shout out to Rachelle in the radiology department. I took my mom to her asthma doctor n she sent her for blood work n a CT scan n to make a appointment with her primary because her blood pressure was to high. While doing her blood work Rachelle was able to make her CT appointment with a appointment with her primary on the same day with a half hour break between. My Mom is 89. We enjoyed her n her Mom for doing what that did n being so pleasant ?
