Terrible service at this clinic. My mom was suspected of COVID. When they tested her and it was positive, they literally threw her out of the place. They sprayed her all over her body and took her out of the clinic. From there I took my entire family out of that clinic.
This Clinic, its secretaries or customer service are terrible, especially Ms. Tatiana said that I arrived after hours when in a phone call they said that after the appointment time they wait for you 15 minutes and the Ms. said no, she had to change the appointment when I come driving 1 hour. While his colleagues did everything possible to assist me. Sometimes the empathy of these girls stays at home.
I’ve been treated poorly by the receptionists here so many times I can’t even count they are even worse to my husband who only speaks English. They move my appointments before even asking and now when I’m trying to change my sons pcp they aren’t willing to give me his medical information. DO NOT RECOMMEND
