So far we are off to a horrible start.
This company was supposed to be at my home at 8:00 then they said 9:00….. 9:00 turned to 12:30 and then between 12:30 and 1:00 and when I try to call no answer.
Stay tuned I hope this experience gets better but at this point I have zero confidence it’s 12:50.
Lowes company showed up at 1:30 which is five and a half hours late not equipped with everything that we paid for and not prepared to finish the job as promised they did not bring the proper floor padding.
Told me we will have to reschedule the stairs for another day.

I ordered carpet from Lowes and Floor Interior Services was assigned to do the install. The two installers were Diego and "Ali". These two gentlemen were very professional and did an outstanding job. They showed up a bit earlier than scheduled, got right to work, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend these two as a team for your carpet install.
Will admit was very. very hesitant to use this company seeing all the awful reviews that were made. I even went as far as trying to cancel the whole project with Lowes. Today, however, I received a call from Ray about my install that I actually tried to reschedule due to a doctor's appointment but decided to have him come as he had already gotten all our supplies. Ray was so nice, so accommodating. He set up got ready to work, showed us our product and immediately started. The care he took outside and inside our home was amazing.
