I had a bad case of Sciatica Nerve Pain. I made an appointment with my PCP. See had me take blood thinners that had no effect on my pain. I went back and she had me take steroids, still no relief. She recommended an Orthopedic Surgeon. He took some X-rays and an MRI showing three herniated discs. He told me I would need a steroid injection into the disk and I may also need to repeat these injections every 3 months. The first injection at the disk did nothing for my pain. My brother encouraged me to call Kevin Totta at Fitnesstek. I called Kevin and set up an assessment appointment. Kevin is extremely effective at pinpointing the root cause of pain and opening up the nerve channels to alleviate the discomfort. If it wasn't based in science, I would say it's magic. I highly recommend his services to anyone with chronic pain!
