I was going for surgery for my hrniated disc that triggered my scitica , but with fit4 life team help i didn’t do the surgery and i’m way better now and i got rid of my scitica pain which ruined my life for one year , thank you for all the staff here , the old staff and the new awesome staff , , starting from renee , bavia , rachel , rashti , homer , love you guys, my wife now joined me even she has mild symptms .

Very well equipped facility.. clean.. great and friendly staff.. well balanced program. My trainers are knowledgeable and passionate.. would recommend to anyone who is looking for quality therapy
