Dr. Ana Bucarelli is WONDERFUL. I came in as a new patient today because I wanted a new PCP, and I found my new home. They evaluated me marvelously. They gave me an EKG on my first visit (Which has never happened to me) and I’m so glad they did because turns out I need to see a cardiologist. I would have never known if this wasn’t done. They checked my blood pressure, my lymph nodes, my spine, Eyes, ears etc. Dr. B Was very informative, very sweet and gave me direction. I know she had other patients, but she still didn’t rush with me. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable . They were amazing the doctor was great and it was my first time there and I had a little issue with my insurance but everything went well the lady was very patience with me but we got it all straightened up thank god. Dr Ana is amazing I love her she made laugh the very first time there I’m glad I chose her as my doctor thank you staff
Don’t waste your time! You can go to a better place. The girl in the front desk is pretty rude. She believes that she’s the owner of this place. The first time I was there they gave me an order with my name misspelled, when I told her they used an eraser to correct it (very unprofessional) the girl got upset when I asked her to give me another order with a name corrected . Not only that, the doctor needed to sign something for me and told me that I didn't need an appointment. It turns out that the girl didn't want to pass me by without an appointment so I was waiting.
