We were flooded by Hurricane Milton, and were fortunate to hire Family First along with some of our neighbors. They were able to start just days after the storm, and Russel's crew did a great job with the remediation and then we hired them for the rebuild and couldn't be happier.

I cannot recommend Family First 365 enough! Our home suffered significant flood damage from Hurricane Milton. We were overwhelmed and unsure where to start. Russell and his crew came highly recommended. They were not only quick to respond but also took the time to explain everything in detail, and walked us through the entire process. The team was punctual, attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about restoring our home. Their experience was evident, and they treated our home as if it were their own. The quality of work was exceptional, and they completed the project ahead of schedule. I truly appreciate their dedication and trustworthiness. Highly recommend!

Our house flooded from a storm, and Russell did the tear out, remediation and full rebuild. Our neighbors also hired him. His crew completed the job, which was a big job from the water damage, and we are very happy with the work. Work entailed removing cabinets, floor, drywall, dryout, electrical, some plumbing, replacing drywall, texturing, painting, trim work, new doors. I highly recommend him and also his crew.

Beware of Overcharges and Incomplete Work
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Family First 365 Contractors. I initially agreed to a painting job priced at $4,800, only to be overcharged by $1,347 with no clear explanation. Even worse, despite paying in full, the work remains unfinished. The sealing and caulking of the walls were never completed, which has resulted in water intrusion into the building.
I’ve tried reaching out to Russell to resolve these issues, but communication has been poor, and the problem persists. I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and honest contractors.
Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

This is the first time I do a remodel at my house. I went with Family First and couldn't ask for a better first time experience with my first renovation. Russell and Gabriel did an amazing job.
