There really are no words to the “Johanna Experience “ to do her justice. Besides her expertise, professionalism and above and beyond service you have peace of mind when you sit in her chair. You know she listened , you know she is going to give you exactly what you want and you know you are going to walk out felling like a million bucks.
Joanna was absolutely heaven sent. I’ve been struggling with trichotillomania for almost 30 years. In addition to a beautiful salon space that’s warm and inviting, Joanna has beautiful smile and joyful spirit that instantly makes you feel at ease. I absolutely hated showing anyone my bare head with bald spots and embarrassing thinning. I was even more embarrassed to confess it caused by my own hand over many many years. But there is not a single ounce of judgment, blaming, condescension or shame here. When I think about how Joanna helped me, I get a bit overwhelmed. Johanna is amazing and I would highly recommend her .She did wonderful haircut which suits my face as she promised .I am getting lot of compliments for the haircut she did .She is wonderful person and helping nature and warm customer service and top of it her work is fabulous as he salon name is .Good luck Joanna .
