Every question and concern was answered with plenty of patience, backing information, and if at all applicable, alternative means to achieve my goals (for example electrolysis vs. laser). Crystal is kind, empathetic, patient...I can't say enough good things about her. I've since moved out of the area, and not having this place to come to is certainly a big, big hole to fill. I visited the gorgeous studio and got brow lift, tint plus lash tint and a lamination and I will literally never leave them! The results were amazing especially since as I am getting into my 30s my brows are thinning but now I look like I have the most full gorgeous brows and lashes when I wake up in the morning ??
