We had the best conversations, and they really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They even helped me pick out the perfect colors and checked in throughout to be sure everything was to my liking.

I came back for complementary gel because my previous set was bumpy and chipping after one week. The owner Joyce fixed my nails and explained that the bumpy nails form the first set is because I asked for them to remove my hard gel instead of getting a fill (my nails had grown out and I figured I don't need the hard gel) I wish Lilly had communicated that they would be bumpy if I remove it instead of getting a fill, because I would have definitely not removed the hard gel if that was the case.

I'm happy with the new gel polish and hopefully this set lasts longer than the previous. Appreciate the good service!“
