Please stop sending us packages of the baby food you have the wrong address. You are wasting baby food because we don’t need it. I’m trying to get a hold of customer service for the past few months and they keep delivering baby food that is not ours to our doorstep.

Horrible customer service, delivery never on time, no one ever picks up phone, and since of urgency not there. Always end up coming out of pockets. Called throughout day to speak to someone and phone kept getting hung up. This is very inconvenient when it comes to my sons diapers and milk.

I’m very concerned with what’s going on with this family owed company. I’m writing this review because I’m very dissatisfied with the service I’ve been getting fir these lady 3 months. It started out wonderful and now it’s terrible. You cannot reach anyone on the phone, you leave numerous messages and still no call back. I’ve been waiting for a month now for my son’s feeding tube. I called Brandon Brace to see if I could purchase a feeding tube until I get my son’s from Express Medical. They said call this number which just so happened to be Express Medical and ask for Jack. Well I did and still nothing ... so I’m still in limbo.So now I’m going to call “ 8 on your side” to see what I need to do. The company has a brand new script so I know that’s not the problem. It took a couple times calling to reach someone but that’s with any business. Ppl have lives too and things happen. They were sincere when I expressed concern about my daughters pull-ups and kept in contact on updating me. They arrived as promised so all in all I give 5 stars.

I have been with this company for several years and within the past year they have missed several shipments and when I call I only get their answering machine. When you rely on a company to bring you medical supplies each month and you only receive shipments once every 4 to 6 months it's very frustrating.

They are very unprofessional and disorganized. I have had this company for 2 years for my daughters medical supplies . They have missed several shipments without any reasons and they have never once apologized. Save yourself the headaches and use someone else.

They never answer phones and products are always back ordered. When a child must have a certain food and you can not go to store to get it you are put in a very bad situation. They never finalize any paperwork to get preauthorizations. When they do deliver you are expecting a full month supply and they give you one can. Run is all I can say!! Changed to Bioscript and with in 2 days had what took me 3 mo. to get from them.

This place is ridiculous! They have horrible customer service and i feel like i have to be on top of everything...i always have to call them to send the shipment and find out whats going on with my sons nutritional milk that he gets monthly....they never call back or listens to any of the voicemail and now they do not even pick up calls...save yourselves and go elsewhere if possible....wish i could find a better place to get my sons nutritional milk...if i could i would rate them a zero this place is terrible!!
