The European wax place at Carrollwood is fantastic, I believe I saw Mikayla at my last visit and she was so lovely. She has gaged earrings and a beautiful personality. She carried good conversation and was fast, and gentle with her waxing. I would definitely see her again!

I love the Carrolwood location. The staff there is amazing!!! I love Zoe. She always makes me feel so comfortable when I go in there. The front desk is amazing too! They are so well informed on their products that they have there. I love coming to this place!
