Installed Generac generator (a BIG, EXPENSIVE job). A few of the workers were really good, but one guy was always in a big hurry. No one took time to show me ANYTHING! It was 'Get in, get the hell out as fast as you can'. I don't know if it's management or the employees, but I would NOT use them again. One guy peeled off a piece of plastic covering an emblem... I thought, ok, detail matters...until I found the plastic in my lawn close to the driveway. He just dropped it on my lawn. I took that as a nasty snub and it really crushed the somewhat positive opinion I had of that person. I got the well- learned opinion this company really did NOT have much experience...read full review
