Sometimes the best review of a company is that they’re honest enough to tell you when you don’t need their services. We had some wind-driven rain with the last hurricane, and it caused some “microbial growth” in our baby’s nursery. Eliot came out to take a look the day we discovered it, helped diagnose the issue, and let us know that (given the small affected area) we could likely do the job ourselves. Eliot was not only right, but he was courteous and professional throughout and even offered to check back anytime if we were concerned of things changing.
