The absolute best medical experience overall, I can not begin to express how amazing Dr Mercedes is. She heard me, she understood me, she made my life great again and I am forever thankful to her. After several visits to "regular" doctors and PA's throughout Florida, from the panhandle down to the Tampa Bay area (primary care, you're nothing but a number to them type clinics) I came across Dr Mercedes name by chance. The other doctors had ignored my symptoms, had made me feel like everything I was going through was normal and/or in my head. After my first visit with Dr Mercedes, I went out to my car and sobbed. She had medically validated what I was experiencing, she had listened to me and given me the map forward to feeling like myself again.Within a few months I was healthy again, my hormones at their proper levels. All of my subsequent appointments with Dr Mercedes were wonderful, I looked forward to seeing and speaking with her. She is one of the most educated doctors I've ever been to, she is kind, thoughtful and genuinely cares about the wellness of her patients. I miss her very much.I've moved away from Florida and for a time I did travel back to Tampa for my appointments with Dr Mercedes (she is completely worth it!). Unfortunately, this became too difficult, logistically and financially, and I've had to begin seeing another doctor locally, here in Knoxville TN.Ladies, do not hesitate to begin seeing Dr Mercedes, make an appointment with her, sit down and discuss what's happening with your body. Leave those "regular" doctors behind, their uneducated BS and judgement, take control back of your health.
