After years I did reach out to Dr. frena and I wanted to see if he would finish his treatment and he refused to speak with me. I don't know what I ever did to that man except leave him a bad review and ask him to finish job. I am not going to smile club. Within six months they finished the work that I feel free now did not finish and it only cost me $2300 and now I have a lifetime supply of retainers in case I lose one or I get damaged. I highly recommend smile club because you don't have to come in person and they're not gonna charge you $6400 and not finish the job. Smile club is the way to go don't go to Farina orthodontics!!!!! I complained of discomfort for six months after braces, and when I heard from the dentist that my teeth could not chew food due to malocclusion, I informed Dr. Farina that I was paying for the correction treatment. They said I must pay to fix it. Is it my responsibility? I'm thinking of organizing the rest step by step later and updating the reviews, but now I'm surprised and sad, so I will update later.

Just a bad feeling about this guy all the way around. Going to him is like a one way street where the patient makes all of the sacrifices (time, money) and he benefits (financially). He has horrible follow up skills & makes promises that he doesn't keep. There is a lot of blame shifting and a big lack of accountability if your case doesn't go correctly. There seems to be very little interest in making the client feel comfortable, pain free etc. If anything feels painful or doesn't fit properly, that is your fault and he's too busy to correct it because he's too worried about overseeing his staff members bring in new cases.
