Eric was very professional and did a great job. I had 3 stains that would not come out with just steam cleaning and he took the time to use other means to remove those. This was an excellent experience, Ron fully explained the process and the use of safe materials. We had some pretty bad stains from our dog. Ron walked through and analyzed each room with me. The job turned out beautifully including a white area rug our dog had totally soaked. At the end of the job Ron walked through each room with me to analyze the results. I couldn’t have been more pleased. It was a very fair price given the time and materials. I would definitely recommend Dan and Ron.
