Great service and extremely detailed oriented. I pay 250.00 at other car washes I ONLY PAID 35 DOLLARS. GO THERE ITS WORTH THE 35.00 I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN TAMPA.. TRUST ME AS A DISABLED VETERAN I OWN A 2025 MERCEDES GLE 53 THEY FID A FANTASTIC JOB.

With so many automated car washes opening in Tampa, it’s nice to find a place where they wash your car by hand. D and S did a great job cleaning my Nissan Rogue. The workers were efficient and very thorough. The price I paid is very fair. Joann in the office was very professional and customer oriented. I will go back to this establishment and encourage my friends to do so.

This place is a horrible place to have your car washed. The car was not cleaned well and had a horrible smell after it was supposed to be cleaned. I tried calling to complain about my service and was unable to get a hold of someone to complain to about my service. I am not a rich person and when I spend my hard earned money I expect to get the service that I paid for. I plan to call again so that I can complain and either get a refund or the service I paid for in a proper manner.....I hope people read your response to this comment because as a business owner you have no class or business sense when dealing with customer service. I wouldnt bring my car back to you if it was the last carwash service on the planet. Not only because you do a horrible job but also because it shows that the owner is just as classless and dirty. I truly hope people read this review and you arent in business too much longer because 15 years is crazy for someone with no business sense.

But wow, the manager is on another level of hot garbage. They tried to charge me extra after they already completed the service The lady was extremely rude and it’s not the normal lady who’s there
And then went into a whole tirade, trying to teach and preach

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I actually cancelled my monthly car wash subscription because I would rather spend $30.00 here once a month instead of spending $29.95 at the car wash where I dry and vacuum the car myself. The place doesn’t look like much, but don’t let that stop you, these guys do an amazing, thorough job including cleaning the tires, taking the mats out to clean, vacuuming, cleaning all surfaces, etc. it looked amazing when I left and I can’t recommend them enough.

After doing some homework I finally found this trash. I took my brand new RAV4 on Saturday March 24 and my got the worst service ever ! After a 30 mins wait approximately; I was getting my stuff back into my car and I immediately noticed the back tire area and rims were not properly washed. The car was not dusted either. They simply vacuum the car and SCRATCHED the inside of my car with who knows what. I did not noticed the scratch until I got home and was parking. The scratch was made to the plastic area next to the gear shift. I drove back livid ! Obviously, and asked for my refund! The front black lady said that was not done there and literally called me a liar ! Mind you they are the very first people that washed my car because like I said this is a brand new car!!!! I was livid. WORST PLACE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE . Now I get to pay $400 out of pocket for something I’m not responsible for. Hence lawsuit is coming:)))

I generally avoid businesses if they don’t look corporate or official enough, but let me tell you I could not have been happier with the job they did for me. Both sides of my truck were scratched to *hell* after an off-road weekend in the woods. I thought it would need a complete repaint job. For an extremely affordable price, they buffed and shined by truck back to pristine condition. They worked a miracle.
PLEASE patronize this operation. It is run by a lovely serious-minded businesswoman who runs a tight ship. They deserve your business, and you won’t regret going there.
