This experience was simply amazing! Not knowing what to expect but after hearing about sauna detox I tried itCharita is very knowledgeable and the office is very relaxing. I was able to turn off the world and relax. I sweated more than when I workout. I lost a few inches but more over my knee pain has subsided and I feel so much better. I highly recommend. Don't forget to ask her for a detox tea

I am on my 4th session of body sculpting and i can really see my results!!! Charita is awesome. She explains every step to me and also gives me alot of tips on how to stay on track with my goal.
