CrossFit Big Guava was such a great find for me and I am so glad I took the leap.The classes are always challenging for the advanced athletes and yet can be modified for someone like myself as a novice. Sometimes Coach Darren believes me in me more than I believe in myself and I appreciate it every time!!

This box is the real deal. The programming is awesome, plenty of convenient class times and varying types of workouts (regular CrossFit, more cardio based workouts, etc.). The coaches are extremely friendly and helpful. They want to put you in a position to succeed in your goals while ensuring you have proper mechanics to prevent injury.

Awesome gym filled with great people from both sides as staff and clients. If you want a place to go and get a great workout, being pushed beyond your limits while being made to feel as part of the family than this is it.
