If I could give them 6 stars I would? Professional and responsive for sure. Quality craftsmanship at a very reasonable price. This small business has had all our plumbing and cooling work for the last 15 years and we feel very fortunate each time they come out. Today it was a simple gas appliance installation but Bob took the time to show me how to turn off the gas in the case of an emergency. Paula did a great job alerting us to Bob's arrival and handling the invoice. Again, 6 star service all around!

Bob is the best plumber and extremely professional. I recently used Cross Creek for replacing my water heater (Gas) he did fantastic job. Perfect fitting and every thing went smoothly. They are very reasonable in price point as well. I highly recommend Bob

Bob and Paula run one of the best family- owned business we've ever engaged. They've helped us before a couple of times and, most recently, they replaced 3 toilets for us. From the start they were helpful, sending Billy over to measure to ensure we purchased the correct items. Billy returned a couple of days after the new commodes arrived and spent a few hours making sure everything was perfect - replacing a broken valve and one other item. We are very pleased and fully recommend them!
