If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. They present themselves as professional and accommodating, with great customer service—until you say you want to cancel their service. That’s when the mask slips. Not only do they refuse to honor their own policies, but they also gaslight customers into believing we’re the ones not following their rules. It’s incredibly frustrating and manipulative. Instead of providing solutions, they double down on the blame game. Their lack of integrity and transparency makes them impossible to trust. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company entirely.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company, and I strongly recommend avoiding them. I had to replace my bank card due to theft and forgot to update my payment information with them. Two months later, they called asking for my new card details, which I didn’t have yet. I explained that I would provide the updated information as soon as I had the new card. Samantha called me again, but this time she was rude when I reiterated that I didn’t have the information on hand. Despite my assurance that I would pay and update the details promptly, she escalated the issue by sending me to collections and canceling my contract—something I’m actually relieved about, since I hadn’t received any service or communication from them in the eight months I was subscribed. To make matters worse, they’re still charging me for the last month of service, which I had already paid for.
I tried to speak to customer service to address Samantha's unprofessional behavior, but the representative I spoke with was just as rude, interrupting me and refusing to help. She even told me she couldn’t connect me to a manager because I was no longer a customer. Their service and customer care are abysmal. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.

I've used these guys for years. Very responsive and the follow through is fantastic. Reminds me of doing business in the 90s, old school customer service.
