Under new ownership and management as of March 2019, Crave Spa offers various services including natural manicures and pedicures, nail art, facial and body waxing, lash extensions, and microblading. However, there have been some negative experiences reported. One customer had a medical emergency during their visit, and despite not receiving the service, was still charged and the technician was paid twice. Another customer had a poor experience with a nail technician who incorrectly applied structured gel, causing it to bubble the next day and ultimately damaging their natural nail bed. Despite contacting the spa to complain, the customer was not satisfied with the outcome. Overall, Crave Spa -SOHO aims to provide a healthy and eco-friendly spa experience, but some customers have reported negative experiences with their services. It is important for the spa to address these issues and ensure that all customers receive high-quality and safe services.
I love Crave spa and go there exclusively to get my nails done by Sophea! She always does a perfect job. I cannot recommend her enough! She worked with me to grow out my nails to not need tips or acrylics anymore. My nails always look perfect whether it’s simple color or designs. Highly recommend!Services: Manicure
I have been going here for about 12 months now and I always see Sophea she’s absolutely amazing. Her customer service is out of this world and her technician skills are so good I can’t even put it into words. I will continue coming here as long as Sophea is there. Came here about a week ago & one of nails broke a few days later. I called and expressed my concerns with the set I had received, which they took immediate action in correcting.Sophea had allowed me to come first thing the next morning & not only fixed the one that broke, she also had made sure I wouldn’t experience this again with the rest of them.She filed my nails to the PERFECT shape, im still in awe.The girls inside the salon are the sweetest, and had made sure I had the best experience.
