I had a couple of green lines that ran vertically suddenly appear on the screen of my phone. I used my phone Insurance to make a claim and was told that I'd be sent a replacement device. I was never told that it would be a different model than my current device. I stopped in at CPR and Sam was extremely helpful with refiling my phone Insurance claim to get my screen replaced at no charge. This was the better option for me because I'd be losing out on the expandable storage with the replacement device. I have a 1TB memory card that I use to capture many photos and videos. Excellent customer service which is hard to find these days. I had to show up over a hour and a half early so I could pick up my granddaughter early from school. And they got it done in a hour. This is a job well done. Thank you gentlemen. I would definitely want to use them again. I can't say enough.
The store was very presentable and clean. The gentlemen Sam that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and had my phone fixed in about 2 hrs, just as he had advised. It would be nice to have more business like this. Thank you again
