This might be a lame thing to say, but I look forward to my PT sessions here lol. My PT Kate is awesome and so knowledgeable. She is super easy to work with and has even helped me structure my workouts outside of PT to make sure I am not exasperating my current Injury. I think pricing is super fair for the level of care and service that you receive.
I would easily recommend anyone in the Tampa bay area to come here for any PT needs!
After too many spine surgeries over the years, I wasn’t sure how to resume a more serious exercise routine without risking reinjury, so I returned to Competitive Edge Physical Therapy. My goal was to rebuild strength and mobility, & I knew my core needed big attention. I went for therapy for to my surgery for my shoulder. And I am so glad that I did. My recovery after surgery was good, my muscles around my shoulder were in shape going into surgery.
