Scott really went above and beyond with our recent condo purchase. We were dealing with a seller who was not a US citizen, did not reside in the US, and was representing herself in the sale. Scott made us aware of all the potential issues and did everything in his power to overcome them. Honestly, he practically did the work of two agents, both buyer’s and seller’s.
