Our emergency happened on a Saturday and Cass Plumbing was there within 1.5 hours of my calling them. [This is significant because two other plumbing companies that I contacted would not come out until Monday.] Cass' technician, Jordan [I believe that's his name], identified the problem quickly and had it fixed in record time. I could not have been grateful.
