Today I arrived at the the cleaners at 1:32pm to drop off a few items, only to arrive at the cleaners to a locked door and a sign on the door saying will return at 2:15pm while the the clerk is looking at me through the window and I explain I’m coming from Valrico she shrugged her shoulders, pointed at the sign and kept doing what she was doing. This is very unprofessional and I will not be returning and will be sharing this experience with everyone I know who patronizes here.

They get the job done right. Every time. One time my friend was dissatisfied with the service, so they bless them with a coupon for free service next time. They're all about a good reputation and keeping everyone satisfied. How can you be upset with that?
