Service agent was professional and attentive.
I was asked if I wanted my car washed and I said yes. When my car was given to me it was wet, not vacuum and still dirty. When I asked why the car was not dried not vacuumed, I was told that drying takes longer and they had to many cars and that if I wanted it vacuumed, it had to be requested because of time.
