My wife and I had a great experience with Certified Transmission. My contact was Alex who we very up front and knowledgeable about options. I called around to at least 10 different places and they were by far the best in service and price. We got a salvaged transmission with 12/12 plan. We had a choice to either pay for a new transmission from Ford and wait 1-2 months for a range of $4500 to $6500 or pay less than $2500 for a salvaged transmission with 12 months or 12,000 miles. In todays market when you own a car outright and can get the same amount you paid or more with the current supply issues for trading it in; it made perfect sense to get a salvaged transmission....read full review
