My absolute go to place to get my hair cut!! I have thick asian hair and they always give me the best layers. The color treatment left my hair so soft too!! Highly recommend especially if you need an affordable, good quality place near USF!

Both of them the couple just want your money. I don’t want to mention their names. But no other hair stylist in their workshop. She doesn’t care whether you like your hair style or not. She just cut it into a form that she did not follow what you communicated with her. She is very unfriendly to her own ethnic group.
Very frustrating and disappointing experiences.
I questioned the mismatch of the quality of haircut with the price they asked. Becky and Kyle are very rude. They bullied me and intimidated me, threatening me to make me feel I was going to be harmed if I wouldn’t pay the exact number they asked in the beginning.
Showing picture to Becky and Kyle about what you expected will not be helpful.
My hair was treated with straightening although I expressed to Becky that I don't like it in the beginning,.
A treatment of hair softening is $180 with simple hair cut.
If they want to become a high profile stylist, it's not gonna work by tackling the money from customers without improvement on their techniques!

I've given this salon two tries already and with Becky have come out with hair that is totally different from what I expressed to her Showing her pictures will not help at all. The cut itself was very rushed with no technique whatsoever. Becky was very rude when you expressed that she had already make you look worse.
Every dollar you paid just fuel disappointment.
The chemicals were used had odd smell and lasted for weeks.

Kyle was very rude too and both of them threatening your safety when you found they overcharged you and didn’t follow and lied to you about their price chart. This is bully and assault customer, threatening about your safety at their studio when you questioning the quality of their services doesn’t match with the high price they asked for from you in the beginning.

Each time they also asked for cash payment and lied to you about the percentage of convenience fee from card payment that are written in English if they assumed that you don’t know English.

I like to give it a zero if I can. I got my haircut by a man who finished the cut in only 5 mins. It was really bad. The barber left some hair on my neck and obviously there is no such a neckline. I will never come to this place again.

Got a men’s haircut with Becky, she did a great job, very reasonable prices. Gave my hair some much needed direction, very happy with the end results

I dont know what these 1 star reviews are talking about. I went to boom hair salon and got a perm and it turned out just how i wanted it. Becky was very nice, giving me water whenever i asked throughout the whole process. 5 star experience!

Becky's just got this way of making you feel right at home and totally taken care of. She's a total pro with hair, and you can just tell she's passionate about what she does. She totally understood what I was going for and absolutely nailed it!

Did korean perm twice with Becky. Never disappointed! She’s well knowledge and give you suggestions what’s good for your hair.
