He removed and installed a new garbage disposal, and another visit replaced the hardware/faucet/showerhead in bathtub/shower. He communicates well, seems extremely competent (been a plumber over 40 years), and friendly. When he came to my home, he knew the names of my neighbors (and he doesn't live in my neighborhood. Very personable, competent and fair. Look forward to hiring him again

I've used Bill Jackson Plumbing twice now, and both experiences have been smooth. Very honest and reliable company, which is often tough to find. Bill charges a very fair price, and doesn't b.s. or try to upsell. He's up front about the work that is being done, and explained what he was doing while he was busy working on the project. He's a hard working owner of a small business, which I'm happy to support. You just don't get the same kind of service with the bigger companies.

Bill Jackson is one of the rare breeds that's fair priced, does what he says he's going to do and goes the extra steps when it's needed. He came out and replaced my garbage disposal way less than the first quote. Excellent job! A week later he fixed my toilet and I swear it operates better than it has ever been. He did his magic on my second toilet as well. My shower faucet was getting hard to turn. He replaced the cartridge and it spins with one finger. Had him replace the drain to a newer pop up.
