I personally know that building a new house is stressful and customers typically believe the the builder has complete control over the entire process. However, the builder relies on subcontractors and are at the mercy of the supply chain, local governing bodies and numerous other factors (even the weather!). I've been doing business with Bayshore Custom Homes and Dave Hill for over seven years. I know that he does whatever he can to build the best house for the customer, often times going above and beyond.
