Literally the nicest people work here. Kim have my sister a nose piercing and she loves it. They also have a super caring and helpful team.

We just really wish that they would have turned us away instead of pretending like they could do our tattoo. Our two month old son passed away almost two weeks ago and we were looking at getting his hand tattooed on us with his final heart beat, our artist was John. The handprint that I was left with looks nothing like our sons handprint, the same for my boyfriend but his is a little bit closer to what its suppose to be but still not it. His final heartbeat that I have looks more like his final heart beat but my boyfriends does not. This is partially our fault because we were really trying to get a tattoo that evening and this is the 4th shop we went to. But I just wish they would have been honest with us and said that they couldn't do it instead of leaving us with what they did. The first Tattoo shop down the road (atomic tattoo) turned us away because they said the only artist that was there was for american traditional and the guy that did photo realism wasn't there and he gave us his card ( we should have just waited and booked with him). Anyways I wouldn't go here and trust them to do something as meaningful as a memorial tattoo because this is just upsetting. Makes sense why they have free touch ups. 10/10 don't recommend. ?

I had to write a review the second I got home honestly. They have THE BEST STAFF and THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The only shop that was really busy since it was Friday the 13th and was still able to take the time to answer phone calls to answer questions. I got my nipples pierced and I never felt more comfortable in my life. Takes her time to make sure everything goes as swiftly as possible for you. She will talk you through every single step of the way of everything she is doing and reassures you. Plus, she has snacks to make sure you have something in your stomach before getting pierced! :) And she will make sure you’re feeling okay before you’re heading out. They deserve all of the clients for them. I wish nothing but the absolute best for this shop.Service: Piercings

We were in town on vacation and wanted to take my newly 18 year old brother in law for his first tattoo. We had the pleasure of working with Jak. He was willing to work with us on designs and my husband and I also ended up getting some work done. We definitely will be back for more when we come back to Tampa.

I got a tattoo and a piercing here and to say the least they were amazing. As soon as I stepped foot in this shop I was greeted by the most kind person Kat, she was very good with explaining everything we needed to know about from piercings to tattoos. I felt very comfortable and very welcomed by the whole staff. No one was rude. When it came time to get my tattoo done the artist Mike worked with me to stay in my price range, he even stayed under it, and gave me a bigger size on my piece then even expected. This is my 5th tattoo and it has got to be the best one I have on my body now. It's so clean and nicely done, at this place you don't need to give up quality to get a better price that suits you. Overall my experience here was amazing and I recommend this place to anyone looking for new ink on there body or a new piercing, this is the best staff i've encountered in a while.
