I’ve had my cabinets for several years at this point. I’m just satisfied with the cabinets themselves as well as their third-party installer. From the start I’ve had problems here in there with cabinets related to the installation crooked doors crooked drawers. Also the construction of the cabinets is not as nice as I would’ve hoped. My recommendation is if you’re a model in your kitchen do yourself a favor and go elsewhere so you don’t regret it later

Cabinets done fast and look nice, but after I drove across the bay to pick everything up, turns out they let someone else get the last piece of toekick. Sure hope I get the piece delivered soon.

The service at Bay City Cabinets is outstanding. most cabinet places cant get cabinets during these trying times for almost six or 7 months. We bought a whole kitchen from the store and it was ready in a week. Very satisfied.
