Called on Monday morning requesting service for same day. After about 15 minutes of waiting for a call back on the status of one of their techs in the area I received a call about someone showing up within hour. As promised he showed up within hour and diagnosed it immediately as a clogged drain line. He flushed drain line, checked behind panels in air handler and checked freon levels to make sure everything else looked good. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to make sure the problem didnt occur again and even advised me of some things to do that would save me money. Reasonably priced and expert knowledge. Will definitely use them again.
