My boys have patients at Banfield their whole lives. Kitt, Dr Rubin, Dr Estrella and the rest of the team have cared for them through puppyhood into their grumpy old man years. They know us when we walk in the door and it has always felt warm. I appreciate the weekend and drop off appointments so I can make sure they are always taken care of. The staff has always enabled us to give the best of care.Recently, Petey developed an infection that was not curable. Location next to racetrac on Hillsborough…. Very pushy and I didn’t like that. They need better options as well when it comes to their health plans shouldn’t have to be stuck in a 1 year deal. But my main issue was that I knew what I wanted and felt as though they just kept pushing.

This is the ONLY Banfield that I take my pets to and have been for the last 7 years or so. The staff is EXCELLENT, all around. The front desk staff works so hard to squeeze us in every time my dogs get sick. Doctor Rodriguez is friendly, caring, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Dr Rubin is wonderful and has great dog and people skills and is great at being a vet and always spot on. Dr Estrella is very knowledgeable, friendly, detailed and all three doctors do a phenomenal job and work hard daily.
