Outstanding experience with Back To Work in South Tampa! I mostly worked with JP, but got to work with Fabio as well. Both of them are excellent. I was recovering from a lower back surgery, and was worried about getting back into working out without reinjuring myself. JP is extremely knowledgeable about such situations and knew exactly what exercises to do to build back my back and leg strength safely. Over the course of two months, he got me back safely exercising my back and legs and feeling confident moving forward. Friendly customer service too--these guys care about their patients. Recommend very highly.
I was seen by J.P. and Fabio. Both seems to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions and concerns. They treated me with respect. I’m feeling much better with my knee therapy and I will go to them for my spinal stenosis therapy.
John is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. He listens carefully and provides candid, thoughtful feedback. The exercises he gave me were challenging yet achievable, and I felt consistently supported and motivated in every session.
