April 7, 2025. Painfully I am amending my originally review after waiting for six months for a response to several requests to fix the shingles that fell off from Hurricane Milton. Every time that I have gone by the office (the last time on March 27, when I again provided pictures of the damaged roof) I have been told that Avatar could do the repair; however, here I am still waiting.
Very pleased with the total experience. Responsive, pleasant and reasonable. Would definitely recommend to others.
Avatar Roofing made it easy! Every step of getting a new roof on my house was better than expected. Great communication, prompt, organized, polite, clean up was amazing, excellent quality of roof installation, and a bunch of progress photos showing what was done. Avatar could write the book on how to run a successful business. Thank you!
Integrity, Expertise, Cost. These are the things I look at when I’m hiring anyone to do work. When I asked the USAA insurance adjustor for a roofer recommendation, he recommended Juan from Avatar Roofing, saying, “He’s a straight shooter.” Nevertheless, I had 3 other highly rated roofers come out to provide quotes. As it turned out, Avatar Roofing had the best price, but the clincher was when Juan pointed out some things (with photos) about the roof that needed correcting, which none of the other roofers saw.
