I just want the managers of the parts dept know that Kyle is a grand asset to their department and deserves major credit for going above and beyond. When we arrived to pick up our parts, he was the only person there and trying to service everyone and get things done, while still providing outstanding customer service. Nelson was also helpful when I called to get parts info quoted. Overall, management definitely needs to give Kyle a raise, a gift card or something for providing such great service. Because of my experience, we will choose to use Lexus Tampa Bay instead of Lexus Wesley Chapel, going forward for our needs. Thanks Kyle!!!

I cannot say enough great things about the amazing team at AutoNation! From start to finish, they worked together like a well-oiled machine to make sure I was completely taken care of.

Alex Cooper (my sales rep) was absolutely phenomenal in helping me find exactly the vehicle I needed. Just purchase a 2021 MB GLE 350! Loved the car and service from LaVance as a sales representative. Very communicative, on point, no pressure sales. Full service disposition and happy to accommodate my requests. Oswaldo, the finance manager, was another great experience. He Provided fantastic options of affordable plans to have extended warranty and other service packages that are worth to have for those kind of vehicles. Go and ask for them.
