We have used Arbor Bay several times through the years. The first time was to remove a diseased thirty foot water oak. They had it cut down, removed and stump ground within three hours. This latest project was the removal of four pine trees and the pruning of a sixty foot Grand Oak. Very professional. Arrived on time and performed "trapeze" artistry up in the trees. Immaculately cleaned the yard of all debris. Today's work was performed by the crew led by Austin and Kevin. GREAT WORK, GUYS!

They give you a date for your service and arrival time, and they meet them. They do the job safely and efficiently, and they clean up afterward. We call Arbor Bay for our annual pruning and occasional dead tree removal. Today, Kevin and his crew completed a work request for us and arrived when they said he would. Kevin’s team did a wonderful job. Reviewed the work prior to start and after. Was careful to protect existing structures and plants. Very pleased with the results.
Later Robert delivered and installed the oak tree and treated an existing oak. Gave us detailed care instructions for the new oak.
All were very professional and eager to do a good job.
