After a couple years and honoring the contract, I did not renew their services.
Some of their workers were excellent in performing their jobs while other workers were not. There was no consistency in the work force.
I haven't experienced any unwanted visitors in over 3yrs. I'm giving them 3 stars because I get a different person nearly every time they come to my home. Some technicians care, and some seem as if they work at a fast food joint, lol. The good news is that I don't have bugs. There is definitely something to be said about that.
