This company has the worst customer service we have ever experienced. A representative called my husband to find out was is going wrong with his current Bipap machine. While he was explaining and expressing his disappointment with Apria, she hung up on him. It's amazing how this company stays in business.

Terrible experience dealing with these people. My local people were awesome but anytime I had to deal with the 800 number it was chaos. Long wait times transferred from one incompetent representative to another. Most of who were working from home. One had crying in the background and had no clue what she was doing. After a lot of calls I finally did get a good representative that actually understood my frustration and made it easier for me to call her back.

They donβt offer pediatric wheelchairs and the associate helping me was very rude and not helpful. I will not be using this company.

Caution is advised when dealing with Apri. There have been fraudulent activities on my account, including the submission of duplicate claims to my insurance company. They claimed I rented my machine and that I was forced to pay in full before shipment despite the absence of a rental agreement. That is right; I never signed a rental agreement.
You will receive CPAP supplies significantly higher than online alternatives without prior consent. Additionally, when contacting their supply team, they lack any information regarding who placed the order or the reasons for it.
Their billing and other departments do not communicate, and you will get a different answer from each representative. Their fraudulent and criminal practices contribute to the high costs associated with our healthcare and insurance.
I advise everyone to file complaints with their State District attorneys' offices to stop these procedures.

Horrible customer service. No one ever owns up to snafus that occur daily. Then they blow up my email begging for feedback! Here it is-----USE SOMEONE ELSE. These jabronies will drive you crazy, with Ms Daisy!

Definitely, the customer service representative informed me that I must pay for the convalescent aides if my insurance would not pay. I did not like her inconsiderate attitude towards my financial situation. π‘π‘π‘
