Jacob F. was recommended by a neighbor. He was an excellent HVAC technician; Explained everything he was doing. Fixed an issue another company was going to charge me almost $600 to fix. Checked out my whole HVAC system and made recommendations that were reasonable. Jacob was extremely courteous and personable! Pricing was very reasonable. He is a credit to the company.

Very glad Alvarez towing was the company that came out. We were blessed with Jacob Fox as our technician! Our AC unit had been accidentally improperly placed and led to no cooling. Thermostat reaching temps of 88 degrees inside my home. He was a magician....he went in and fixed it temporarily so they we would have cool air until the part came in that we needed. This is truly what great customer service is!! We are very grateful for this company!

After trying numerous A/C companies Alvarez is the best! They responded quickly, and Will was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what happened and how he fixed it. They are my go-to service company for any future repairs. Highly recommend!
