Beautiful store! Very clean and very chic! Ultra high need products are sold here and I really like how it was set up. The bathroom was modern but not as clean it could be for such a beautiful store with high end merchandise. I walked through this store to get into the main area of Eaton Centre. Once I'm rich, I have no problem coming back to get those beautiful Gucci heels I saw!
This is by far my most favorite department store, and I am so glad to be living close to one again! This store is always clean and the associates are consistently very helpful and friendly. Staff seems to be happy in their jobs and have positive upbeat attitudes, which really does wonders for the shopping experience! I used to live in Boca Raton and will say this Nordstrom has folks that are much more friendly. They also seem to have a great stock of new items in and many things that I can also find on the website. I very much enjoy shopping here as it has always been a positive experience.
I am probably the biggest fan girl of Nordstrom, for so many reasons. I absolutely love the ease of online shopping, ordering, pick up, returns, and in store services all around. Every time I am in the store, I am always treated as an old friend or family member, never feeling uncomfortable or awkward. My favorite features are absolutely the order online, pick up at store which is literally a curb side pick up service. This is imperative for me, as a multi taking sales manager, mom and wife with a full schedule.
