Instructor cancelled on us twice and now they will never call us back. We can't schedule online because it says all of our days have been used. Highly recommemd finding someone else unless you want to lose money. Close enough to be a fraudulent business. If the owner of this fraud would like to call me or email me, feel free. We've left enough voicemails and emails.

The communication from this company is non-existent. I've been trying to schedule additional classes for my son for weeks now. The phone rings and rings and I leave messages which are not returned. I've sent emails which either direct me to call the phone number or go unanswered. I even stopped by the physical location during business hours and spoke with someone named Paul who texted his colleague and requested they contact me within 24 hours. That was over a week ago and I'm still waiting.

Don't purchase lessons here. I usually wouldn't leave reviews like this, but this business is terrible. The instructors cancel without notice or they just don't show up. I paid for multiple lessons and have so far, only received 1. I paid to use their vehicles, but the instructor repeatedly told me there was vehicle issues. I called, no response. I texted, no response. I emailed, no response. This has been repeatedly done, no response. But despite this, they reschedule lessons themselves, through admin, without prior notice, only for me to receive a random email after the fact. This is so unprofessional. I am posting this so that nobody else has to go through this. In addition to not providing services, they still accept money from people, and try to blame them for any issues. They try to charge no show fees, when the instructor cancels or does not show up without warning. They owe me roughly $1,400 in total.

My sister has paid for driving lessons and has gotten the worst experience ever. There is a major issue with this driving school; such as, phones not being answered, rescheduling and cancelling without 48 hours notices, penalizing for no shows when it is the instructor that has not shown up, calling other locations for this school and phone line saying the number is disconnected, and lastly extreme disorganization. This is the worst experience my sister has had and it’s unfair because she is paying for services not rendered.

I have never posted any review but this company deserves my first public review on Google. My daughter signed up for lessons about three months ago and of course they were happy to accept her money. Her lessons were re-scheduled multiple times and yesterday her instructor did not show up. I tried reaching the company, left messages and was unable to reach them. Stay away from them!!

Stay away from this place! Paid for two driving lessons for my daughter in mid-September. I was given a schedule for October 19 and 20. Two days before the lesson they sent a change of schedule for November 2 and 7 for 7pm (it's dark for a teenager who has never driven a car), but I didn't change anything and we arrived at the lesson at 7pm. The office was closed, no one showed up, we waited 30 minutes and all this time I tried to call every phone number I could find. I came home, wrote to email, canceled the second lesson in my account. Every day I call, but no result, no one picks up the phone anywhere. I filed a dispute with the bank for a refund and I'm going to go to court, because after reading the reviews I realized that I'm not the only one. If anyone is ready to file a collective lawsuit in court, please contact me.

Very disappointed in this business practice. I scheduled an hour lesson plus driving test appointment for my son, which was Fully paid for at time of booking We drove an hour and half to the Lutz location, on our way about 10 minutes from location we received a phone call from the driving instructor telling us that there was no one working at the location today because the test instructor did not show up. The driving instructor seemed as frustrated as we are. Unfortunately there is no one answering phone to contact and request refund. Not sure how they are licensed to do business with DMV.

I had a great experience at All Florida Safety! My instructors were Theo and Daniella. I started with little driving experience and was slightly nervous, but both instructors were very easy to talk to and did a great job of making me feel comfortable behind the wheel, while also giving constructive criticism. Passed my test! Overall great experience and would highly recommend.

One of the driver instructors HIT MY CAR ON THE CORNER OF VANDINE ROAD AND 54 In Wesley chapel… I’ve called them & called them. They promised to call me back & nobody has called!!! Unbelievable I know I wouldn’t want those Instructors teaching my children/ family how to drive!!!!

Please contact me. My daughter took her test Friday with the promise of having results uploaded to the DMV immediately. No one will answer the phone-the supervisor ignores my calls and texts. I am just asking for the service that I paid for so my daughter can get her license.
