Amazing company . The office staff is so friendly. My air conditioner wasn’t working and they sent Tim right away. Tim was amazing . He was so kind and knowledgeable. We know have air. This company is fantastic,
I had a great experience. David came out to do maintenance on my AC unit. He was very knowledgeable and explained things well. He was also very professional and a delight to speak with as he was getting his work done. Will definitely be using this company again for any future needs.
From the office staff to the techs I cannot say enough about this team. I attempted to work through my home warranty with another vendor and after 4-days of waiting to get the work complete I called Air Stream and explained the tough spot I was in with the Memorial Day weekend coming and still no definitive date on when my AC would be repaired. Air Stream sent David and the repair was completed within 30-minutes of his arrival along with a few pounds of coolant added to my system that was lost due to a leak.
