Another Super Hot Florida summer & my A/C started leaking water into the drip pan & the drainage pipe was overflowing with water. I called the Air Masters after hours emergency phone number & received an immediate response. The next morning a service ticket was issued for my residence & Chad was dispatched to my house to diagnose the problem. He was prompt & courteous. Chad determined the drain pipeline was clogged on the A/C unit & he immediately did maintenance to rectify & fix the problem. Chad explained to me what causes this issue with the drain pipe & how I can do at home maintenance to help ensure the clogging of the pipe & algae build-up doesn't occur in the future....read full review
I need everyone to understand how amazing this company is vs sayyyy Fairway ac. They came as a 2nd opinion to make sure I wasn’t being scammed for a fake leak. Surprise there was no leak….. they also found a capacitor that was PURPOSELY. Installed wrong to burn out my unit and purposely wired wrong to expedite my unit dying. They also found that all my refrigerant had been released except for the bare minimum to help aid the fake leak story. They saved me 15000 dollars! I will literally invite Chris to every Christmas party and every thing I host from this day forward I have a man crush on him at this point. Josh came out today and did a great job with my annual service. He provided extra tips to help me keep my A/C unit in the best shape and was very kind and accommodating around my having a sick pet in the home, making sure to give them space. I appreciated the kindness!
