I had a complicated problem that required several different fixes. Dwayne, the technician, had to come back several times and try different things. Dennis, Dillion, and Jason from the office were all extremely friendly and helpful, especially considering that I was calling them very frequently and it probably got annoying, that didn't stop them from always being gracious and making sure they make it right. Dwayne is actually coming back tomorrow to hopefully make the final repairs to finish this up, but I can't say enough positive things about this honest company. It's rare to find one nowadays. Alright, there are good service companies, then there are great service companies. Air Control Services is a great one. We had a tricky issue with our AC that wasn’t a typical issue. After several attempts by others, James came out and took the time to listen to what was going on. He had me explain it again once we were in front of the condenser, and within a couple of minutes he had it figured out. James is great and what he does….taking the time to go through the situation. Air Control is amazing at what they do, as they are very responsive and take care of their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This company will now be my go to AC company!! The two techs that came out to service my unit worked so hard and never gave up until they found and resolved the issue shout out to Dwayne and James. If you are looking for an AC company you can trust and that won’t rip you off call Air Control
