Ordered the wrong scans for my issue, referred me to a specialist that didn’t take my insurance and I didn’t know until after waiting months for my appointment, and now After finally seeing a specialist I have to get the scans I should have gotten in the beginning and wait even longer to get the help I need. Patel at the Brandon office should really be evaluated.

Terrible customer service. Billing practices in doctors offices Gorgeous building. However you can not get phones answered. Understaffed Terrible
